CLOCK OR WATCH ABSTRACT An apparatus for indicating time featuring a face having members positioned around a central point in five minute time intervals thereby forming a continuous surface, a pair of hands which rotate relative to the members and a means for mounting to a watchband, a wall or other such surface. These members may form a variety of different size and shape perimeters for the face. Also, the members may converge to the central point or terminate prior to that point to form a closed area.
