The invention concerns a closable extrusion nozzle for thermoplastic materials, with a nozzle plate (4) containing nozzles permitting the extrusion of the thermoplastic material from a hopper (1) and with a perforated plate (7), disposed upstream of the nozzle plate, whose apertures (8) can be brought in and out of alignment with the nozzles by displacing the perforated plate (7) with respect to the nozzle plate (4). The nozzle plate (4), which is U-shaped in cross-section, with the arms of the U at right angles to the direction of displacement of the perforated plate, is designed as a housing for the perforated plate (7) enclosed within it. A sealing surface (15) on the perforated plate (7) rests against the flat housing floor (5) in which the nozzles (6) are located, there being a gap between the perforated plate (7) and the housing at least in the curved regions (16,17) of the floor, and the region in which the seal is formed by the sealing surface (15) resting against the floor (5) being limited to a narrow zone round the nozzles (6).

L'invention a trait à une buse d'extrusion de matériau thermoplastique que l'on peut fermer et à un plateau (4) de buses permettant l'extrusion du matériau thermoplastique provenant d'une trémie (1) et une plaque perforée (7), placée en amont du plateau de buses, et dont les ouvertures (8) peuvent être alignées ou désalignées avec les buses par le seul déplacement de cette plaque perforée (7) par rapport au plateau de buses (4). La coupe transversale de ce plateau a la forme d'un U et les bras du U sont à angle droit par rapport au sens de déplacement de la plaque perforée. Le plateau de buses a la forme d'un boîtier qui loge la plaque perforée (7). Une surface d'étanchéité (15) appliquée sur la plaque perforée (7) prend appui sur le plancher plat du boîtier (5) dans lequel se trouvent les buses (6) et un espace se trouve aménagé entre la plaque perforée (7) et le boîtier, au moins dans les zones courbées (16,17) du plancher et la zone dans laquelle le joint d'étanchéité est formé par la surface d'étanchéité (15) prenant appui sur le plancher (5) est limitée à une zone étroite autour des buses (6).
