This invention relates to a flat triangular-shaped urinary drainage type collection chamber that is worn close-coupled to the wearer's urethral catheter, in the crotch region, without the use of interconnecting tubing, suspended between the wearer's legs and partially supported by the wearer's undergarments. The device includes an inlet tube with one-way inlet valve, an outlet tube and valve with extendible discharge tube and waist encircling suspension straps. Because of its shape and concealed location, liquid sloshing is limited while no restriction on movement and wearing apparel is necessary. By gentle upward hand pressure, most or all of the contained liquid waist can be expelled through the outlet tube to suitable waist facilities when the outlet valve is opened and chamber allowed to remain in place.
