-18- Closed Apparatus and Method of Coating the Interior of a Tank Abstract A closed apparatus and method for coating the interior of a tank includes a plurality of interconnected conduits, valves and a pump for supplying a coating solution to the tank and draining the tank while containing deleterious fumes. Advantageously, components are provided for supplying a diluting gas to the tank and reducing the oxygen level therein. Another plurality of conduits, valves and another pump can work therewith to supply a hot curing solution to the tank while still containing any fumes.
