<ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE> Described herein is a meshed rotor type closed mixer which is improved in material seizing action as well as in productivity and operational stability, the mixer having a pair of meshed rotors mounted parallelly for rotation in opposite directions within a mixing chamber hermetically closed by a casing and end frames, and being provided with a plural number of pins planted on body portions of rotor wings over a range greater than 1/2 of the axial length of the rotors.
