The invention relates to a closing cap for containers, especially bottle- shaped containers, which are filled with medical liquids, especially with liquids for infusion or transfusion. Said closing cap comprises a removal and injection site (6, 7) having a first opening (8) for removing the liquid and being obturated by a first pierceable self-sealing membrane (10), and a second opening (9) for injecting an additive and being obturated by a second pierceable self-sealing membrane (11), the first and second membrane being configured differently. Since the port system has differently configured membranes, the removal and injection site can be optimally adapted to the specific requirements during removal of a liquid and injection of an additive. According to preferred embodiments of the invention, the membranes are clamped by means of a snap-fit retaining plate fastened inside the cap.
La présente invention concerne un bouchon de fermeture destiné à des récipients remplis de liquides médicaux, en particulier à des récipients en particulier en forme de bouteilles, remplis de liquides de perfusion ou de transfusion. Le bouchon de fermeture dispose d'un emplacement de prélèvement et d'injection (6, 7) présentant une première ouverture (8) qui permet le prélèvement de liquide et est refermée par une première membrane (10) auto-étanche transperçable, et une seconde ouverture (9) qui permet l'injection d'un additif et qui est refermée par une seconde membrane (11) auto-étanche transperçable, la première et la seconde membrane étant de constitutions différentes. Comme le système d'ouverture dispose de membranes de constitutions différentes, l'emplacement de prélèvement et l'emplacement d'injection peuvent être adaptés de façon optimale aux exigences spécifiques lors du prélèvement d'un liquide et de l'injection d'un additif. Des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention prévoient un enserrage des membranes au moyen d'une plaque de maintien enclenchée dans le bouchon.
