A closer device for a gate such as a swimming pool gate has relatively rotatable arms (15, 16, 17, 19) (for connection respectively to a gate and gate post), the arms being connected to a closer body (13) having an axis parallel to the hinging axis of the gate (10) on the gate post (11). The closer body has an elongate piston (37) mounted within cylindrical gas chambers on respective sides of the piston and a relief profile on the exterior of the cylinder to engage with respective mounting elements for the arms whereby, upon relative rotation of the arms (15, 16, 17, 19) responding to gate movement, the piston moves axially within the gas chambers and a spring (35) within the body urges the piston towards the position corresponding to a gate closed position. Gas control means (52, 55) permit unrestricted opening of the gate and control of closing speed.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture pour un portail de piscine par exemple qui comporte des bras pivotants (15, 16, 17, 19) (venant se raccorder sur un portail ou sur un montant de portail), eux-mêmes reliés à un corps de fermeture (13) dont l'axe est parallèle à l'axe de pivotement du portail (10) sur son montant (11). Le corps de fermeture est équipée d'un piston de forme allongée (37) monté à l'intérieur de chambres à gaz cylindrique sur les côtés respectifs du piston, avec un profil à décrochement sur l'extérieur du cylindre qui vient prendre dans les éléments de montage respectifs des bras. Lorsque les bras (15, 16, 17, 19) tournent en réponse au mouvement du portail, le piston se déplace axialement dans les chambres à gaz et un ressort (35) logé dans le corps de fermeture repousse le piston sur la position correspondant à la position de fermeture du portail. Ces dispositifs de commande à gaz (52, 55) permettent une ouverture sans entraves du portail avec limitation de la vitesse de fermeture.
