A tapered closure having a peripheral closure side wall and a stage concentrically integral with the peripheral closure side wall, whereby the circumference of the top surface is preferably greater than the circumference of the bottom surface and the stage is recessed and/or a channel runs intermediate to the stage and peripheral closure side wall. Also provided is a method for making such a closure.

La présente invention a pour objet une fermeture tronconique à paroi périphérique avec plage de fermeture concentrique intégrée à la paroi périphérique de la fermeture, la circonférence de la surface supérieure étant supérieure à la circonférence de la surface inférieure; la plage de fermeture est en retrait, et un sillon sépare la plage de fermeture de la paroi périphérique.
