The invention relates to a closure (1) for a container (9) containing a contents (8), particularly a bottle or the like made of plastic, glass or the like, with a cap (2), particularly made of plastic, for sealingly connecting to a neck (7) of the container (9) having an edge, with at least one cutter edge (11), which is placed around a central axis (19) of the cap (2) in the area of the internal width (D) of the neck (7) and which serves to cut through a closure film (12) when the at least one cutter edge (11) is axially displaced through the closure film (12). The cutter edge (11) is placed on a holding sleeve (14), which is held in an essentially central manner by the cap (2) by means of a flexible skirt (13) and is to be displaced relative to the cap (2) toward the closure film (12). The holding sleeve contains a component (15) provided for mixing the contents (8) of the container (9). A screw cap (19), which can be screwed onto and back from the cap (2), is provided with an initial screwed position, in which the closure film (12) has not yet been ruptured, and with a stop screwed position after additional screwing on, in which the closure film (12) is punctured by the at least one cutter edge (11) and the component (15) is exposed. The cap (2), after the sealing connection, remains permanently on the neck (7) of the container (9), and the screw cap (19) comprising, like a sport cap, a pouring and/or drinking opening (22). In the stop screwed position, the container contents (8) are permitted to flow toward the screw cap (19) and its pouring and/or drinking opening (22). When screwing the screw cap (19) back into its initial position, flow to the screw cap (19) and its pouring opening (22) is interrupted once again.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (1) destiné à un récipient (9) dans lequel se trouve un contenu (8), en particulier une bouteille ou analogue en plastique, verre ou analogue, le dispositif de fermeture présentant: un capuchon (2) fait en particulier de plastique, destiné à être relié de façon étanche au col (7) du récipient (9), présentant un bord (6); au moins une arête coupante (11) disposée au niveau de la largeur intérieure (D) du col (7) autour d'un axe médian (19) du capuchon (2), destiné à rompre un film de fermeture (12) grâce au déplacement axial de l'arête coupante / des arêtes coupantes (11) à travers le film de fermeture (12), l'arête coupante (11) se trouvant sur un boîtier de réception (14) maintenu dans une position sensiblement centrale par le capuchon (2) au moyen d'une jupe flexible (13), et pouvant se déplacer par rapport au capuchon (2) en direction du film de fermeture (12), le boîtier de réception contenant une composante (15) à mélanger avec le contenu (8) du récipient (9). Selon l'invention, un bouchon vissé (19) qui peut être vissé ou dévissé sur le capuchon (2), et comprend une position de vissage initiale dans laquelle le film de fermeture (12) est encore intact, et, lorsque le vissage se poursuit, une position de vissage en butée dans laquelle le film de fermeture (12) est traversé par l'arête coupante ou les arêtes coupantes (11), et la composante (15) est libérée. Le capuchon (2) subsiste après liaison étanche, à long terme sur le col (7) du récipient (9), et le bouchon vissé (19) présente à la manière des bouchons pour activités sportives, une ouverture (22) pour verser et/ou pour boire. Dans la position de vissage en butée, le contenu (8) du récipient peut être libéré pour circuler jusqu'au bouchon vissé (19) et son ouverture (22) pour verser et/ou pour boire. Lors du dévissage du bouchon vissé (19) pour lui faire reprendre sa position initiale, le passage jusqu'au bouchon vissé (19) et son ouverture (22) est à nouveau interrompu.
