ABSTRACT A closure comprising a cap having a closed end and an open end and a tubular retention member engaged with the cap at the open end of the cap. The retention member has a plurality of resilient projections which are inclined inwardly of the retention member and toward the closed end of the cap. The projections have free inner ends defining a restricted opening, and at their free inner ends, they have a chamfered surface facing away from the closed end of the cap. The cap may contain a gel material.
