A tamper-indicating closure includes a closure shell having a skirt (30) for securing the closure to a container neck finish and a tamper band (36) frangibly coupled to the skirt for separation from the skirt upon first removal of the closure from the container. An RFID circuit (44), including an RFDD tag (46) and an antenna (48), is carried by the tamper band for separation from the skirt with the tamper band and remaining operational on the container after the closure has been removed from the container. The RFID circuit preferably is carried by a stop flange (40) that extends from the tamper band and disposed between the stop flange and the tamper band.
Une fermeture inviolable comprend une coque de fermeture munie d'une jupe (30) servant à fixer la fermeture à la bague du col du récipient et une bande inviolable (36) cassable couplée à la jupe et destinée à être séparée de la jupe lors que la fermeture est retirée pour la première fois du récipient. Un circuit RFID (44) comprenant une étiquette RFDD (46) et une antenne (48) est porté par la bande inviolable pour être séparé de la jupe avec ladite bande et reste opérationnel sur le récipient une fois que la fermeture a été retirée du récipient.
