In order to open aseptically closed containers composed of a plastic film using a closure apparatus (1), a piercing puncher (3) which is specially designed for plastic films is required. The cylindrical piercing puncher (3) has three teeth (34 - 36) in the form of cutting elements distributed over its circumference at the lower edge, said teeth being distributed over the circumference such that the distance between the first tooth and the second tooth is X and the distance between the second tooth and the third tooth is Y, while the distance between the third tooth and the first tooth is Z. In this case, two teeth must be provided with a leading shoulder (350 - 351) in the direction of rotation of the teeth when the container is opened and the third tooth must be provided with a trailing shoulder (352). This allows the film of the container to be opened in spite of high flexibility and robustness.
L'ouverture de contenants en film plastique fermés de façon aseptisée, au moyen d'un dispositif de fermeture (1), nécessite un pénétrateur (3) notamment destiné à un film plastique. Le pénétrateur cylindrique (3) présente sur son bord inférieur, trois dents (34 36) réparties sur la périphérie, servant d'éléments de coupe, disposées de telle manière que l'écart entre la première et la deuxième dent est X, l'écart entre la deuxième et la troisième dent est Y et l'écart entre la première et la troisième dent est Z. Les deux premières dents sont pourvues d'un épaulement se trouvant en amont (350 - 351) dans le sens de rotation des dents, lors de l'ouverture, et la troisième dent est pourvue d'une dent se trouvant en aval (352). Ceci permet d'ouvrir le film du contenant malgré une flexibilité et une résistance élevées.
