A closure arrangement for a bottle has a tiltable closure cap (14) mounted on a special neck formation having a spherical surface zone (18, 20) on the inner and/or outer surfaces. The closure cap (14) has an upper portion (36), e.g. in the form of a cap, joined to a downward extension e.g. in the form of a sealing annulus (22) which is trapped below the restricted opening formed by the neck's overhanging convergent zone (18). The annulus (22) seals in the convergent zone. The closure is opened by tilting the cap (36), e.g. with one finger, thus tilting one side of the sealing annulus (22) up and out of sealing engagement to open up a flow passage. An exterior guide part (40) of the cap (36) slides down the outer spherical surface (20) of the neck to control the tilt movement. In an alternative embodiment the sealing periphery is at the upper, cap portion of the closure which may also have a discharge spout.
Un dispositif de fermeture d'une bouteille comporte un bouchon inclinable (14) monté sur une structure de goulot spéciale présentant une zone sphérique (18, 20) sur les surfaces interne et/ou externe. Le dispositif de fermeture (14) comporte une partie supérieure (36), se présentant, p.ex., sous forme d'un bouchon, réunie à une extension orientée vers le bas, se présentant, p.ex., sous forme d'un anneau (22) qui est retenu sous l'ouverture restreinte formée par la zone convergente en saillie (18) du goulot. L'anneau (22) crée une étanchéité dans la zone convergente. Le dispositif de fermeture s'ouvre par inclinaison du bouchon (36), à l'aide d'un doigt p. ex., un côté de l'anneau d'étanchéité (22) s'inclinant vers le haut et hors du contact étanche afin d'ouvrir un passage d'écoulement. Une pièce de guidage externe (40) du bouchon (36) coulisse vers le bas, vers la surface sphérique externe (20) du goulot afin de commander le mouvement d'inclinaison. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, la périphérie d'étanchéité se situe au niveau de la partie supérieure du bouchon du dispositif de fermeture, lequel peut également comporter un bec verseur.
