The invention concerns a sealing closure cap for a container (R) with fixing flange (C) consisting of a cover (1) mounted on a side skirt (2) provided, in its lower part, with snap-on means under said flange (C) and, in its upper part, with a removable tear band (12) produced over a portion of the skirt (2) periphery where it ensures temporary linkage with said cover by providing on the matching portion a hinge (21). The invention is characterised in that the cover (1) bears a locking tab (24) whereof the free end is provided with a retractable fin (25) capable of being urged as a stop element on the flange (C) of the container (R) in fully open position.

L'invention concerne une capsule pour le bouchage hermétique d'un récipient (R) à collerette d'accrochage (C) constituée d'un couvercle (1) surmontant une jupe latérale (2) qui est pourvue, dans sa partie inférieure, de moyens d'encliquetage sous ladite collerette (C) et, dans sa partie supérieure, d'une bande d'inviolabilité amovible (12) réalisée sur une portion de la périphérie de la jupe (2) où elle assure la liaison temporaire avec ledit couvercle en ménageant sur la portion complémentaire une charnière (21), caractérisée en ce que ledit couvercle (1) porte une patte de verrouillage (24) dont l'extrémité libre est pourvue d'un téton (25)escamotable susceptible de venir en butée sur la collerette (C) du récipient (R) dans la position de pleine ouverture.
