ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to a closure cap (V) for infusion or transfusion bottles, having a stopper (6) which is adapted to the bottle neck (3) and is extended over by a cap (8) which is anchored by undergripping on the bottle neck (3), and it proposes in order to obtain a solution which is particularly advantageous from a structural standpoint, that the undergripping of the cap (8) is obtained by resilient individual tongues (10) which are secured in the undergrip position by resting by means of a sliding ring (15) surrounding them, the support means serving at the same time to secure the sliding ring (15) in its support position.
