The invention comprises a cap member having an annular wall (11) and a top wall (34) disposed within and connected to the annular wall (11). An arcuate pierce-plow member (12) is disposed on an upper surface (8) of the top wall (34) at a position spaced from the annular wall (11). The pierce-plow member (12) includes a first plow base member (15) having a ramp portion (17) and a substantially flat portion (19). The pierce-plow member (12) further includes a piercing member (21) disposed adjacent to the substantially flat portion (19) of the plow base member (15). The piercing member (21) includes a first portion disposed adjacent to the first plow base member and a second portion disposed at a position spaced from the first plow base member. A thickness of the second portion of the piercing member (21) is greater than a thickness of the first portion of the piercing member (21).

L'épaisseur de la seconde partie de l'élément de perçage (21) est supérieure à l'épaisseur de la première partie dudit élément (21).
