This device (1) comprises a largely tubular base (3), which is adapted for being joined to the outer face of the neck (21) and which internally delimits a through hole (323) provided for opening into the receptacle, and a cap (4) that is provided as a single piece with the base (3) by at least one articulation strip of the cap that enables the cap to be displaced relative to the base between closed position and an open position. In order to limit the infiltration of a sterilizing liquid into the device when sterilizing the latter while having a device that is simple to mold and assemble, a flow vent (6) is provided for being placed and hermetically immobilized in the hole (323) of the base (3), this vent keeping the contact zones (613, 661, 663) tight with the cap (4) in a closed position and being lengthened, on the side to be turned toward the receptacle, by a sealing lip (64) that rests against the inner face of the neck when the base is joined to the outer face of the neck.
Ce dispositif (1) comporte une base globalement tubulaire (3) qui est adaptée pour être solidarisée à la face extérieure du col (21) et qui délimite intérieurement un alésage traversant (323) destiné à déboucher dans le récipient, et un bouchon (4) qui est venu de matière avec la base (3) par au moins une lamelle d'articulation du bouchon par rapport à la base entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture. Pour limiter l'infiltration d'un liquide aseptisant dans le dispositif lors de l'aseptisation de ce dernier, tout en disposant d'un dispositif facile à mouler et à assembler, une cheminée d'écoulement (6) est prévue pour être rapportée et immobilisée hermétiquement dans l'alésage (323) de la base (3), cette cheminée ménageant des zones (613, 661, 663) de contact étanche avec le bouchon (4) en position fermée et étant prolongé, du côté destiné à être tourné vers le récipient, par une lèvre d'étanchéité (64) qui s'appuie contre la face intérieure du col lorsque la base est solidarisée à la face extérieure de ce col.
