The invention contains a sealing device (8, 9) for a collector device (1), especially for collecting body liquids, tissue elements or tissue cultures, and consisting of an impervious body (44) which can be pierced, for an opening (50) located in a collecting receptacle (5) and leading towards the inside (10) of the aforementioned receptacle, as well as a holding element (45) for the cone-shaped impervious body (44). The front end (52) of the impervious body (44) has a larger diameter and is located opposite the holding element (45). The holding device (45) has means for the coupling with the collecting receptacle (5) and for the maintenance of the impervious body (44) in a tight position in the opening (50) which is diametrically opposite the impervious body (44) and tapered on the inner side. The invention also consists of a separation device (11), a collecting receptacle (5), a collector device (1) consisting of these various parts, and a method of separating substances.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture (8, 9) pour un dispositif collecteur (1), destiné notamment à recueillir des liquides organiques, des éléments tissulaires ou des cultures tissulaires, qui comporte un corps étanche (44) pouvant être percé, pour une ouverture (50) ménagée dans un récipient collecteur (5) et menant à l'intérieur (10) dudit récipient, ainsi qu'un élément de retenue (45) pour le corps étanche (44) conique. Une extrémité frontale (52) du corps étanche (44), extrémité dont le diamètre est plus important, fait face à l'élément de retenue (45). L'élément de retenue (45) comporte en outre des éléments d'accouplement avec le récipient collecteur (5), ainsi que des éléments pour maintenir le corps étanche (44) dans une position étanche dans l'ouverture (50) diamétralement opposée au corps étanche (44) et allant en s'amenuisant en direction de l'intérieur (10) du récipient. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de séparation (11), un récipient collecteur (5), un dispositif collecteur (1) composé de ces différents éléments, ainsi qu'un procédé pour séparer des substances.
