The invention relates to a closure system constituted of a closure cap (1), preferably produced by plastic injection molding, and a container part (3) that is provided with a mouth (2), likewise preferably produced from a plastic material. The closure cap (1) can be screwed onto the container part (3) and the system is provided with a tamper evidence mechanism that has to be actuated twice to be overcome. The aim of the invention is to improve said tamper evidence mechanism and its handling. For this purpose, the tamper evidence mechanism comprises an actuation tab (16) having a twist-lock feature and being freely cut on the closure cap (1), and a counter-projection (8). Said counter-projection can be overcome by acting upon the actuation tab (16) and is molded onto the container upstream of the counter-thread configured on the container part (3).
L'invention concerne une fermeture combinée composée d'un bouchon fileté (1), façonné de préférence par pulvérisation de plastique, et d'une partie contenant (3), également formée par pulvérisation de plastique et comportant un orifice (2). Le bouchon (1) est fixé par vissage sur la partie contenant (3), une sécurité d'ouverture nécessitant un double actionnement. L'invention vise à améliorer à la fois la sécurité d'ouverture et le maniement du dispositif. A cet effet, la sécurité d'ouverture comprend une languette d'actionnement (16), dotée d'un arrêt de pivotement et découpée contre le bouchon (1), et une saillie antagoniste (8) qui peut être franchie en agissant sur la languette (16), cette saillie étant formée au-dessus du contre-filetage façonné sur la partie contenant (3).
