ABSTRACT A closure with internal security for bottles and the like is described, which allows the contents to be immediately and freely poured out from the bottle as soon as it is taken from the refrigerator, and therefore has a partial vacuum within it. This closure includes a body fixed to the mouth of the bottle, in which is defined a fluid passage, a cap which can be screwed onto the said body to close the said passage, at least one valve shutter element along the said passage and movable within the said body to engage a valve seat in the said passage, engagement means between the shutter and the cap for turning of the shutter by the cap as it is unscrewed, and a cusp-shaped projection in the said body facing the shutter,and acorresponding projection extending from the said shutter intended to engage the said cusp-shaped projection upon unscrewing of the cap and to ride over it, lifting the shutter from its valve seat.
