The clothing dryer includes: a housing forming an external appearance of the clothing dryer; a drying tub rotatably mounted in the housing; an exhaust pipe discharging air from the drying tub out of the clothing dryer; an opening formed at the rear surface of the housing and configured such that internal components mounted in the housing can be easily accessed from the opening; and a rear cover closing the opening.
