ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A timing mechanism comprising a shaft rotatably journalled between end plates. A first drive gear is fixedly carried by the shaft. A first cam is also fixedly carried by the shaft, which also carries an integrally constructed second cam and a second drive gear which is independently rotatable thereof. A motor drive having a gear train is also provided. The gear train includes at least two output pinions providing two rotational outputs at different speeds, one of the output pinions being connected to the first drive gear and the other output pinion is connected to the second drive gear through a lost motion connection. An electrical switch opens and closes in response to the rotation of the first and second cams.
