ABSTRACT The clutch includes a hub 140 connected by identical stacked lamellae (170) to a plate (150) and a counter-plate (156). The stacks of identical lamellae (170) are arranged on either side of the collar of the hub (140) as well as on the front and fore sides of the plate (150) and the counter-plate (156). The plate (150) and the counter-plate (156) are crossed by the hub (140) and can be shifted axially with regard to the said hub. The clutch is applicable in the field of drive systems of paper and board converting presses.
