ABSTRACT A catheter is provided having an elongate body including an inner tubular element and an outer tubular element. The inner element is contained within and located by the outer element to define a first lumen and a second lumen is defined at least in part by the outer element. First and second coupling tubes are connected by a junction to a proximal end of the body with each of the coupling tubes connected individually to one of the respective first and second lumens. A method of manufacture is also disclosed.
