This disclosure relates to the co-crystallization of N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-.alpha.-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester with sugar in various ratios. The sugar co-crystallized sweetener is very soluble in water and has no dusting problems.

La présente invention concerne la co-cristallisation de N-[N-(3,3-diméthylbutyl)-1- alpha -aspartyl]-L-phénilalanine 1-ester méthylique avec du sucre suivant des proportions variables.
