ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Co-current absorber for recovering inorganic compounds from plant effluents, particularly useful for recovery of fluorine values as low phosphorus fluosilicic acid from phosphate plant effluents. The co-current absorber disclosed employs concentrically arranged cyclonic entrainment separators within the absorber in upper and lower portions, with baffles being arranged between the upper and lower portions.
