The invention relates to a coexpression vector for the membrane domains of virus envelope proteins and to a method for the production of homooligomers and/or heterooligomers of said domains. The vector comprises at least one replication and maintenance area for said vector in the host cell; a first region which, in the direction of translation of said vector, is succesively comprised of a first promoter followed by a first sequence coding for a first chimeric protein comprising, in particular, a sequence coding for one of the at least two membrane domains; and a second region which, in the direction of translation of said vector, is successively comprised of a second promoter followed by a second sequence coding for a second chimeric protein comprising, in particular, a sequence coding for the other membrane domain of the at least two membrane domains. The invention can be more particularly used in the production of a medicament for the treatment of or for the prophylaxis of Hepatitis C.
La présente invention se rapporte à un vecteur de co-expression de domaines membranaires de protéines d'enveloppe d'un virus, ainsi qu'à un procédé de fabrication d'homo- et/ou hétéro-oligomères de ces domaines. Ce vecteur comprend au moins une région de réplication et de maintien dudit vecteur dans la cellule hôte ; une première région constituée successivement, dans ledit sens de traduction du vecteur, d'un premier promoteur suivit d'une première séquence codant pour une première protéine chimère comprenant notamment une séquence codant pour l'un desdits au moins deux domaines membranaires ; et une deuxième région constituée successivement, dans ledit sens de traduction du vecteur, d'un deuxième promoteur suivit d'une deuxième séquence codant pour une deuxième protéine chimère comprenant notamment une séquence codant pour l'autre desdits au moins deux domaines membranaires. La présente invention trouve une application particulière pour la fabrication d'un médicament pour le traitement ou la prophylaxie de l'hépatite C.
