The present invention relates to a process to increase extraction yields and improve dewaxing performance of a tube boiling range stream. More particularly, the present invention is a process to produce at least one base oil by contacting a light tube stream with a polar solvent in a solvent extraction zone, then mixing the resulting extract with a second, heavier lube stream, extracting the mixture with a polar solvent, and dewaxing the resultant raffinate.
