A three-layer, co-extruded tube has (1) an inner polyamide layer, (2) a middle layer made from (a) a modified polyolefin, (b) a broad molecular weight distribution propylene polymer material, (c) a graft copolymer made from a backbone of propylene polymer material to which is grafted a methyl methacrylate/methyl acrylate copolymer or a methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid copolymer, and (d) an olefin copolymer rubber, and (3) an outer layer made from (a) a broad molecular weight distribution propylene polymer material, (b) a graft copolymer made from a backbone of propylene polymer material to which is grafted a methyl methacrylate/methyl acrylate copolymer or a methyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid copolymer, and (c) an olefin copolymer rubber. The tubing is suitable for fuel systems, high pressure tubing, and other tubing for automotive applications.
Selon l'invention, un tube à triple couche co-extrudée possède (1) une couche interne de polyamide, (2) une couche mitoyenne faite à partir de (a) polyoléfine modifiée, (b) une matière polymère propylène à distribution large de masse moléculaire, (c) un copolymère greffe fait à partir d'un squelette de matière polymère propylène auquel on a greffé un copolymère de méthacrylate de méthyle/d'acrylate de méthyle ou un copolymère de méthacrylate de méthyle/ d'acide méthacrylique et (d) un caoutchouc de copolymère oléfine; et (3) une couche externe faite de (a) une matière polymère propylène à distribution large de masse moléculaire, (b) un copolymère greffe fait à partir d'un squelette de matière polymère propylène auquel on a greffé un copolymère de méthacrylate de méthyle/d'acrylate de méthyle copolymère de méthacrylate de méthyle/ d'acide méthacrylique, and (c) un caoutchouc de copolymère oléfine. Le tuyau est destiné aux systèmes d'alimentation en carburant, aux tuyaux haute pression et autres tuyaux utilisés dans l'industrie automobile.
