A co-extruded tubing for the administration of intravenous fluids has an outer layer (1) of a polyester. An inner fluid-contact layer (3) may be of a polyethylene or of an thermoplastic polyurethane. Where the inner fluid- contact layer is of polyethylene, an intermediate tie layer (2) of ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer may be included to prevent delamination.
