A ternary composition comprising an active substance, a hydrophilic or hydrophobic carrier and a co-grinding auxiliary substance and a process for the preparation thereof by the co-grinding of the three components, in which said process allows operating with drastically reduced co-grinding times with respect to the known art and to obtain ternary compositions in which the active substance shows characteristics of amorphisation, solubility and dissolution speed as requested for the various uses.
Cette invention, qui a trait à une composition ternaire renfermant une substance active, un véhicule hydrophile ou hydrophobe ainsi qu'une substance complémentaire de co-broyage, concerne également le procédé relatif à sa fabrication. Ce procédé consiste à broyer simultanément les trois composants, ce qui permet de réduire radicalement les durées de co-broyage par rapport aux techniques actuelles et d'obtenir des compositions ternaires dans lesquelles la substance active présente des caractéristiques d'amorphisation, de solubilité et de dissolution comme l'exigent différentes utilisations.
