The invention relates to an open-cell polyurethane foam containing polyester and polyether structures with a density of 70 to 300 g/L, 1 to 20 cells/cm, an impact resilience of more than 30%, a strain at break of more than 200%, a tear propagation strength of more than 1.2 N/mm and a tensile strength of more than 200 kPa. The invention further relates to a method for producing open-cell polyurethane sponges and to their use as pipe cleaning sponges.

L'invention se rapporte à une mousse polyuréthane à cellules ouvertes contenant des structures polyester et polyéther ayant une densité de 70 à 300 g/l, 1 à 20 cellules/cm, une intensité de rebond supérieure à 30 %, un allongement à la rupture supérieur à 200 %, une résistance au déchirement supérieure à 1,2 N/mm et une résistance à la traction supérieure à 200 kPa. L'invention se rapporte en outre à un procédé pour produire des éponges en polyuréthane à cellules ouvertes et à leur utilisation en tant qu'éponge pour nettoyer les tuyaux.
