The invention relates to a method for producing elastane fibers having a titer of at least 2,500 dtex using a wet spinning method and to the coarse titer elastane fibers having a large cross section and low residual solvent content produced according to said method. The method comprises the following steps: spinning a viscosity stable elastane solution of up to 35 g/% in a spinning bath, washing and optionally stretching, drying by contact heating, fixing, preparing and winding the fibers, wherein after leaving the spinning bath the filaments are guided around a deflection roller located slightly above the spinning bath liquid and wherein individual spinning titer corresponds to no more than 1 % of the value of the final titer, drawing ranges between 0.5 and 50, contact heating temperature is at least 220 ~C and length of contact of the elastane fibers is at least 2 seconds.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de fils d'élasthane ayant un titre d'au moins 2.500 dtex, selon le procédé de filage au mouillé et les fils d'élasthane à gros titre ainsi réalisables, à section transversale large et faible teneur moyenne en solution résiduelle. Ce procédé comprend pour étapes: filage d'une solution d'élasthane à viscosité stable pouvant aller jusqu'à 35 g- % en poids, dans un bain de précipitation; lavage et éventuellement étirage, séchage par chauffage par contact, fixage, préparation et bobinage des fils, les filaments étant guidés autour d'un rouleau de renvoi après être sortis du bain de précipitation. Ledit rouleau de renvoi se situe légèrement au-dessus du liquide de bain de précipitation. Le titre de filage individuel correspond au plus à 1 % de la valeur du titre final. L'étirage est compris entre 0,5 et 50, la température du chauffage par contact est d'au moins 220 ·C et le temps de contact des fils d'élasthane est d'au moins 2 secondes.
