In a coated abrasive product which comprises a backing with abrasive granules supported thereby and adhered thereto, a make coat of a resinous binder and a size coat of a resinous binder, at least one coat of the coated abrasive product is an ionizing irradiation curable formulation which comprises at least one epoxy resin and at least a cationic onium salt initiator.
