A coated confectionery product has a confectionery center (20); a first coating surrounding the center and comprising a fat (24); and a second coating (28) surrounding the first coating and comprising a hard shell made from one or more sugars, polyols, high intensity sweeteners and mixtures thereof. The sugar may be selected from the group consisting of sucrose, dextrose, maltose. Optionally a third coating (30) may surround the second coating layer and comprise a film comprising film forming agents.

L'invention concerne un produit de confiserie enrobé comprenant une partie centrale (20), un premier enrobage entourant le centre et contenant une matière grasse; et un second enrobage (28) entourant le premier et contenant une coque dure constituée d'un ou de plusieurs sucre(s), polyol(s), édulcorant(s) à intensité élevée et de mélanges de ceux-ci. Le sucre peut être sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par sucrose, dextrose, maltose. Un troisième enrobage (30) peut éventuellement entourer la seconde couche d'enrobage et comprend un film composé d'agents de formation de film.
