The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation consisting of: (a) a core containing an active substance, optionally an excipient and common pharmaceutical additives in addition to the salt of an inorganic acid whose proportion in the weight of the core ranges from 2.5 to 97 % by weight and (b) and outer film coating consisting of one or more (meth)acrylate copolymers and optionally common pharmaceutical adjuvants, wherein 40 to 100 % by weight of the (meth)acrylate copolymers consist of 93 to 98 % by weight of radically polymerized C1- to C4-alkylesters of acrylic or methacrylic acid and 7 to 2 % by weight of (meth)acrylate monomers with a quaternary ammonium group in the alkyl radical and that may be optionally present in a mixture consisting of 1 to 60 % by weight of one or more additional (meth)acrylate copolymers different from the above-mentioned (meth)acrylate copolymers, consisting of 85 to 100 % by weight of a radically polymerized C1- to C4-alkylesters of acrylic orethacrylic acid and optionally and optionally up to 15 % by weight of additional (meth)acrylate monomers with basic groups or acid groups in the alkyl radical.

L'invention concerne une préparation pharmaceutique constituée de: (a) un noyau contenant un principe actif, éventuellement un excipient et des additifs pharmaceutiques habituels, ainsi que le sel d'un acide organique dont la proportion, par rapport au poids du noyau, est de 2,5-97,5 % en poids; et (b) un film d'enrobage extérieur qui est constitué d'un ou de plusieurs copolymères de (méth)acrylate et, éventuellement, de substances pharmaceutiques auxiliaires habituelles. 40 à 100 % en poids des copolymères de (méth)acrylate peuvent être constitués, dans une proportion pouvant aller de 93 à 98 % en poids, d'alkylesters C1-C4 radicalairement polymérisés, de l'acide acrylique ou de l'acide méthacrylique, et, dans une proportion pouvant aller de 7 à 2 % en poids, de monomères de (méth)acrylate comportant un groupe ammonium quaternaire dans le reste alkyle, et peuvent éventuellement être présents sous la forme d'un mélange avec 1 à 60 % enoids d'un ou de plusieurs autres copolymères de (méth)acrylate différents des copolymères de (méth)acrylate susmentionnés et constitués, dans une proportion de 85 à 100 % en poids, d'alkylesters C1-C4 radicalairement polymérisés de l'acide acrylique ou de l'acide méthacrylique et, éventuellement, dans une proportion pouvant aller jusqu'à 15 % en poids, d'autres monomères de (méth)acrylate comportant des groupes basiques ou un groupe acide dans le reste alkyle.
