A coated nonwoven material including a base layer made of a nonwoven web of fibrous material and at least one layer made of a thermoplastic film, wherein said thermoplastic film, when applied on said base layer made of a nonwoven web of fibrous material, has a peel strength according to the NFT 76-112 standard (requirements: peel angle 180~, pulling rate 200 mm/min) of no more than 98.10?-3¿ kN/m. A method for making said material by extrusion coating is also disclosed. Said material is useful in disposable nappies or diapers, particularly as a liquid-impervious outer base sheet.
L'invention concerne un matériau non-tissé enduit comprenant une couche de base formée d'une nappe non-tissée en matériau fibreux et au moins une couche d'un film thermoplastique, dans lequel le film thermoplastique appliqué sur ladite couche de base formée d'une nappe non-tissée en matériau fibreux a une résistance au pelage, déterminée selon la norme NFT 76-112 (conditions : angle de pelage 180~, vitesse de traction 200 mm/min) au plus égale à 98.10-3kN/m. L'invention concerne aussi le procédé de fabrication dudit matériau par extrusion-couchage. Application aux couches culottes, notamment comme feuille de support extérieure imperméable aux liquides.
