An oil absorbing wipe material suitable for wiping a users skin comprising an oil absorbing porous substrate having a transparency of less than 65 percent which porous substrate changes transparency upon absorption of facial oil, said porous substrate having a nontacky flexible coating on at least a portion of at least one face said coating comprising a film forming polymer with at least one additional additive which coating is visible on the coated face of the porous substrate and which coating does not penetrate to the opposite face of the porous substrate.

Cette invention concerne des lingettes d'absorption de sébum pouvant être passées sur la peau d'un utilisateur et comprenant un substrat poreux absorbant le sébum dont le degré de transparence est inférieur à 65 %. Le degré de transparence du substrat poreux change sous l'effet de l'absorption du sébum du visage, lequel substrat poreux comprend un enduit souple non collant appliqué sur au moins une partie d'au moins une face, lequel enduit renferme un polymère filmogène ainsi qu'au moins un additif supplémentaire. Cet enduit est visible sur la surface enduite du substrat poreux et ne pénètre pas dans la surface opposée du substrat poreux.
