The invention relates to coated peroxygen compounds, in particular coated sodium percarbonate particles, with a delayed release of the active oxygen (= increased dissolving time). Particles according to the invention comprise an innermost shell layer, comprising at least one hydrate-forming inorganic salt, and an outer shell layer, comprising 0.2 to 3 wt.% alkali metal silicate with a modulus of greater than 2.5, in particular 3 to 5, the outer layer having been prepared using an alkali metal silicate solution with an alkali metal silicate concentration in the range from 2 to 20 wt.%. By lowering the alkali metal silicate concentration in the solution to be used, the dissolving time can be increased for the same shell amount. The dissolving time can be increased greatly by the layer sequence and the concentration of the solution, at a low amount of alkali metal silicate.
L'invention concerne des composés peroxygènes enrobés, notamment des particules de percarbonate de sodium enrobées, à libération retardée d'oxygène actif (temps de dissolution accru). Les particules de l'invention comprennent une couche la plus à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe, se composant d'au moins un sel inorganique formant un hydrate, et une couche d'enveloppe extérieure constituée de 0,2 à 3 % en poids de silicate de métal alcalin avec un module supérieure à 2,5, notamment compris entre 3 et 5. La couche extérieure est préparée au moyen d'une solution de silicate de métal alcalin avec une concentration de silicate de métal alcalin de l'ordre de 2 à 20 % en poids. La réduction de la concentration de silicate de métal alcalin dans la solution à utiliser, permet d'augmenter le temps de dissolution pour la même quantité d'enveloppe. Le temps de dissolution peut être augmenté sensiblement par la séquence de couches et la concentration de la solution, avec un quantité faible de silicate de métal alcalin.
