Abstract of the disclosure: COATED PREPARATION AND ITS USE An edible core material preparation such as 5'- ribonucleotides, organic acids, enzymes or sweeteners coated with a composition of a fat or oil, wax, lecithin and a higher fatty acid is disclosed. The preparation has improved uniformity of coating to show good stability and quality improving effect on food.
