A novel simple method for evaluating the appearance of a coating having wavinesses of different wavelengths with emphasis on the preference of consumer is found out, it is shown by the evaluating method what the coating level giving a high degree of satisfaction of consumers is, and a coated article having a coating highly satisfying consumer, a method for manufacturing a coated article, and a device for evaluating the appearance of a coating are provided. A coating appearance evaluating method is provided which the amplitudes of wavinesses having wavelengths from 1 mm to 10 mm out of the wavinesses of a coating are selectively measured and the appearance of the surface of a coating is evaluated on the basis of the magnitudes of the measurement results.
Procédé simple d'évaluation d'apparence de revêtement pour un revêtement à ondulation de différentes longueurs d'onde, l'accent étant mis sur la préférence du client, qui permet d'identifier un niveau de revêtement donnant au client un niveau de satisfaction élevé, par ailleurs article revêtu à revêtement très satisfaisant pour le client, et enfin procédé de fabrication d'article revêtu et dispositif d'évaluation de l'apparence d'un revêtement. On décrit un procédé d'évaluation d'apparence de revêtement permettant de mesurer sélectivement les amplitudes d'ondulation selon des longueurs d'onde comprises entre 1 mm et 10 mm et d'évaluer l'apparence de la surface d'un revêtement compte tenu des résultats de mesure.
