Abstract of the disclosure A resinous composition for coating use which is obtained by the reaction of base resin having both hydroxyl and carboxyl groups with an organopolysiloxane resin and with an alkylene imine compound in any successive order. The invention also provides a coating composition containing as resinous vehicle the abovesaid silicon and alkylene imine modified resin or a combination of silicon modified resin and polyalkylene imine. The present coating composition is characterized by having excellent recoatability and weathering resistance.
