The present invention relates to coating agents comprising (A) at least one polyacrylate comprising hydroxyl groups and/or at least one polymethacrylate comprising hydroxyl groups, and (B) at least one compound (B) comprising isocyanate groups having at least one structural unit (I) of the formula (I) -NR-(X- SiR"x(OR')3-x) (I), and at least one structural unit (II) of the formula (II) -N(X-SiR"x(OR')3-x)n(X'-SiR"y(OR')3-y)m (II), characterized in that (i) the polyacrylate comprising hydroxyl groups and/or the polymethacrylate comprising hydroxyl groups comprise a glass transition temperature of less than 10°C, (ii) the compound (B) comprising isocyanate groups comprises more than 10 to 90 mol % of at least one structural unit of the formula (I) and 10 to less than 90 mol % of at least one structural unit of the formula (II), each relative to the entirety of the structural units (I) and (II), and (iii) 10 to 60 mol % of the isocyanate groups of the di- and/or polyisocyanate base body of the compound (B), have been converted to the structural units of the formulas (I) and (II). The present invention further relates to a multistage coating method using said coating agent and to the use of the coating agent as a clear varnish, or to the use of the coating method for series painting of automobiles, painting of automobile accessories, and repair painting of automobiles.
La présente invention concerne des agents de revêtement comprenant (A) au moins un polyacrylate contenant des groupes hydroxyle et/ou au moins un polyméthacrylate contenant des groupes hydroxyle et (B) au moins un composé (B) contenant des groupes isocyanate avec au moins un motif structural (I) de la formule (I) -NR-(X-SiR"x(OR')3-x) (I), et avec au moins un motif structural (II) de la formule (II) -N(X-SiR"x(OR')3-x)n(X'-SiR"y(OR')3-y)m (II), caractérisés en ce que (i) le polyacrylate contenant des groupes hydroxyle et/ou le polyméthacrylate contenant des groupes hydroxyle présente une température de transition vitreuse de moins de 10 °C, (ii) le composé (B) contenant des groupes isocyanate présente plus de 10 à 90 % en moles d'au moins un motif structural de la formule (I) et de 10 à moins de 90 % en moles au moins d'un motif structural de la formule (II), respectivement par rapport à la totalité des motifs structuraux (I) et (II), et (iii) de 10 à 60 % en moles des groupes isocyanate du corps de base diisocyanate et/ou polyisocyanate du composé (B) ont été transformés en motifs structuraux des formules (I) et (II). Sont également l'objet de la présente invention un procédé de revêtement en plusieurs étapes utilisant ces agents de revêtement ainsi que l'utilisation des agents de revêtement comme vernis ou l'application du procédé de revêtement pour la peinture automobile, la peinture de parties d'automobile et la peinture de réparation automobile.
