The invention concerns a coating composition, in particular a paint comprising: (A) 3 to 30 parts of a latex consisting of organic (co)polymers having a glass transition temperature ranging between -20 DEG C and 50 DEG C; (B) 0.05 to 5 parts of an epoxyfunctionalised polyorganosiloxane emulsion; (C) and 100 parts of mineral fillers.
