Neyhart for COATING CONCRETE WITH LATEX POLYMERS Abstract of the Disclosure It has been discovered that the adhesion of latex coatings to concrete surfaces can be significantly improved by prior treatment of the surface with an air curable, water soluble polymer. Preferred water soluble polymers cure oxidatively in a manner similar to drying oils.
