In a case, a delivery reel for supplying a coating film transfer tape and a take-up reel for recovering the coating film transfer tape are rotatably provided, a pointed head for transferring the coating film is projectingly provided at an end of the case. The delivery reel is constructed such that a delivery cylinder is rotatably fitted over the outer periphery of a boss portion of a driving gear wheel through an elastomeric frictional member and the take-up reel is constructed such that a follower gear wheel being in meshing engagement with the driving gear wheel is provided over the outer periphery of a take-up cylinder, whereby an end of a coating film transfer tape wound around the delivery cylinder is delivered from the delivery cylinder and reversed at a pointed portion of the head, and wound around the take-up cylinder. When a delivery speed of the coating film transfer tape and a take-up speed go out of balance with the progress of operation, the delivery cylinder is idly rotated with respect to the boss portion of the driving gear wheel through the frictional member, whereby the above-described both speeds are brought into synchronism with each other. Owing to this, the coating film transfer tape can smoothly run at all times.
Le présent brevet vise un boîtier contenant une bobine débitrice de bande de transfert de pellicule couvrante, une bobine réceptrice de bande de transfert de pellicule couvrante et une tête de transfert de la pellicule couvrante pointant vers l'extérieur à une extrémité du boîtier. La bobine débitrice est construite de manière qu'un cylindre distributeur tourne à la périphérie extérieure du bossage d'une roue menante au travers d'une garniture de friction en élastomère tandis que la bobine réceptrice est conçue de sorte qu'une roue d'engrenage subordonnée s'engrène avec la roue menante à la périphérie d'un cylindre récepteur, où l'extrémité d'une bande de transfert de pellicule couvrante enroulée sur le cylindre distributeur est déroulée et recourbée à la partie pointée de la tête de transfert, puis enroulée sur le cylindre récepteur. Lorsque la vitesse de distribution de la bande de transfert de pellicule couvrante et la vitesse de réception ne sont plus en synchronisme avec la progression de l'opération effectuée, le cylindre distributeur tourne librement par rapport au bossage de la roue menante contre la garniture de friction, permettant la synchronisation des deux vitesses susmentionnées. Grâce à ce dispositif, la bande de transfert de pellicule couvrante peut se dérouler en douceur et sans à-coup.
