The invention relates to a liquid coating material, hardened with actinic radiation, completely or essentially free of organic solvents in the form of an oil-in-water dispersion with a pH value < 5, comprising: (A) at least one component selected from the group of low molecular weight oligomeric and polymeric organic compounds with at least one group which may be activated by actinic radiation and air and oxidative drying alkyd resins, (B) at least one acid ester of polyphosphoric acid and at least one compound (b 1) with at least one hydroxy group and at least one group activated by actinic radiation, (C) at least one acid ester of monophosphoric acid and at least one compound (c 1) with at least one hydroxy group and at least one group activated by actinic radiation and (D) at least one acid corrosion-inhibiting pigment based on polyphosphoric acid. The invention further relates to a method for production and use thereof as coil-coating primer.
L'invention concerne une matière de revêtement liquide, durcissable par rayonnement actinique, sensiblement ou entièrement exempte de solvants organiques, se présentant sous forme de dispersion eau dans l'huile, à pH < 5. Ladite matière de revêtement contient : (A) au moins un constituant, sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant : des composés organiques oligomères et polymères de faible poids moléculaire, qui contiennent au moins un groupe activable par rayonnement actinique, ainsi que des résines alkydes séchant à l'air ou par voie oxydative ; (B) au moins un ester acide d'acide polyphosphorique et au moins un composé (b 1), contenant au moins un groupe hydroxyle et au moins un groupe activable par rayonnement actinique ; (C) au moins un ester acide d'acide monophosphorique et au moins un composé (c 1) contenant au moins un groupe hydroxyle et au moins un groupe activable par rayonnement actinique, et (D) au moins un pigment anticorrosion acide, à base d'acide polyphosphorique. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production correspondant et l'utilisation de ladite matière de revêtement comme apprêt pour l'enduction en continu de bandes.
