A cartridge exchange device (41) has a swing arm part (48) having a cartridge holding mechanism (48B) for holding a cartridge (24) and a circular arc motion part (46) for swinging the swing arm part (48) on a horizontal plane. The cartridge exchange device (41) holds the filled cartridges (24) on a loading table (42) by the cartridge holding mechanism (48B) and moves the swing arm part (48) toward the exchange position (O) by the circular arc motion part (46). Consequently, the filled cartridge (24) and a used cartridge (24) can be exchanged between a placement table (42) and a common body part (15) disposed at the exchange position (O) of an atomizing head exchanging/washing device (31).
