COAXIAL TO MICROSTRIP TRANSITION ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A coaxial-to-microstrip transition device is charac- terized in that the center conductor pin does not extend beyond the housing wall adjacent the microstrip circuit, and the connection between the pin and microstrip conductor is made by a short gold ribbon. Advantages of the transi- tion device include ease of assembly and improved VSWR performance.
