The co-administration of ubiquinone (coenzyme Q) with eicosapentaenoic acid, which may be supplemented with or replaced by one or more of the unsatured fatty acids gamma-linolenic acid, dihomogamma-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid and stearidonic acid. The fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid and linoleic acid should be present in less than 10%.

L'invention concerne la co-administration d'ubiquinone (coenzyme Q) avec un acide eicosapentaénoïque, qui peut être ajouté ou remplacer par un ou plusieurs des acides gras insaturés, dont l'acide gamma-linolénique, l'acide dihomogamma-linolénique, l'acide arachidonique et l'acide stéaridonique.
